and sales professionals to earn significant income and enjoy remote and flexible project work.

Remote

We look to partner with experienced recruiters, search consultants and sales people around the country. For recruiters/search consultants, we assign search projects to the most appropriate recruitment partner in our network. This assignment is based on the alignment of the search requirements and the search consultant’s vertical knowledge, recruitment experience and/or familiarity with the geographic market. Alternatively, we provide a means for sales people to monetize their professional network and develop recruitment/search opportunities. In all cases, the search consultant or sales professional works remotely from his/her home office.

Flexible

All of our searches have a target date that we are committed to achieving. The search consultant will work closely with a BSG partner to develop and execute the search strategy and adhere to our established process. The sales professional will leverage his/her professional network and/or develop new recruitment/search opportunities. In both cases, everyone on the search team works together to achieve the client’s expectations. This model requires collaboration, transparency and commitment. It also provides tremendous personal schedule flexibility and the opportunity to enjoy a true work/life balance.

Earnings

The earnings opportunities and potential depend on your situation and motivations. There are three typical scenarios. First, the search consultant (or sales person) has a full-time position and he/she is looking for additional income after hours. Second, he/she is more of a freelancer and is seeking to partner for affiliation and additional income. Third, he/she has years of experience, has grown tired of the corporate grind and is looking for a remote, flexible, work/life balance opportunity. Generous earning opportunities exist for both positions - recruitment/search & sales/client development.
