The Bristol Search Group was established in 2014 (formerly Quantum Workforce Solutions). BSG is a national recruitment search firm based in Boston, MA and has specialized search & recruitment consultants located throughout the country. This reach and bandwidth provides us with the ability to successfully handle most any search engagement throughout the United States.

BSG’s business model allows us to leverage the best and most appropriate search consultant for any given assignment. We adopt an agile approach so that we can respond dynamically to our clients’ needs. This structure provides us with the ability to fill a variety of positions (staff level to VP level), in a number of industries, in most any geographic market. We focus on three performance metrics - quality of hire, cost per hire and time to fill.
