We price our searches starting at 16.00%.

If the position is not filled by the target date, then we discount your fee to 14.00%.

Let’s face it, costs are important. The industry average for a direct hire placement fee is between 20-30%. Bristol Search looks at our business differently. We believe that partnerships and loyal customers are more important than any given transaction. That is why BSG prices it’s searches starting at 16.00% of the first year annual base salary. If we don’t fill the position by the target date, then we discount your fee to 14.00%.
